BAD CAT WARRANTY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Bad Cat amplifiers and cabinets are guaranteed against defects for 5 (five) years. Loudspeakers used in combo amplifiers and cabinets are guaranteed against defects for 3 (three) years. Vacuum tubes used in amplifiers are guaranteed against defects for 6 (six) months. Warranty is non-transferable, i.e. it only applies to the original owner of the product.

Warranty repairs will be assigned to you by a Bad Cat customer service representative. Should a dealer or customer contact you with a warranty repair request, they must provide a copy of the original proof of purchase, the product serial number, and a detailed description of the fault including, if necessary, photograph and/or video evidence. Please be so kind as to submit - or ask the dealer/customer to submit - the aforementioned information to a Bad Cat customer service representative for approval before accepting a warranty repair job from a dealer or customer.
